About Sizes and Colors
1. As illustrated above, the size we are using is Asian size, two sizes smaller than that of America and Europe. Please refer to the detailed size information for choosing the right size. If you need help for deciding you proper size, please do not feel hesitated to contact us. 2. Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. Please kindly understand it. However, if you believe the item received is of wrong color, please contact us firstly to see whether a return or refund is possible.
1. Please ensure that the item to be returned needs to be in perfect condition, and original packaging. 2. If your item has quality issue, or is mistakenly sent by us, you can ask for return within 15 days from the date you receive the item, by sending us photos of it for our reference. The shipping fee, in this case, will be covered by us. However, if the item is wrong in size or color because of the customer’s mistake; or does not meet the customer’s imagination, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer instead of us. 3.
